OPEN POSITIONS:

Steer Sourcing is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, specifically in the disposable safety supplies market. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

• Generating and following up on sales leads

• Conducting product demonstrations and presentations

• Negotiating and closing sales deals

• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

• Achieving and exceeding sales targets

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience, with a focus on disposable safety supplies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Self-motivated and results-driven

• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions
